Breathwork Facilitation
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. As a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, I create a safe and supportive space for clients to gently explore their breath as a pathway to healing. Sessions are designed to restore natural breathing patterns, release stored energy, and support the nervous system in returning to balance.

My approach is trauma-informed, meaning sessions are guided with sensitivity, choice, and pacing to ensure safety and empowerment. Breathwork is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, but it can be a powerful complement to therapy and other forms of healing.
Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice
Somatic Integrative Therapy is a body-based approach that helps clients access and process physical, emotional, and psychological experiences. Through gentle awareness of bodily sensations, movement, and mindful presence, a Somatic Integrative Therapist supports clients in releasing tension, resolving trauma, and fostering emotional and nervous system regulation.
This therapy can support:

Sessions are personalized, safe, and paced according to each client’s needs. Somatic Integrative Therapy complements other forms of healing and is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
Music Healing
A profound sound and live music journey designed to help you release emotional blockages and reconnect with your true self. Using voice, soundscapes and instruments, Robin guides you into deep relaxation where emotions and memories can safely surface and transform. This session supports the clearing of emotional wounds, stress release, and renewed inner balance—leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and with a more connected and open heart.
Inner Child Healing
A guided meditation and music-based practice to reconnect with your inner child—the most tender, authentic part of yourself. Robin gently leads you through visualization, sound, and presence, helping you to meet, nurture, and release what your inner child has been holding. This practice supports healing old wounds, restoring self-trust, and opening space for more freedom, play, and authenticity in your daily life. It is a powerful and emotional reconnection to the Self.
